-Changed the enemy effects scripting to make it more consistent
-Various bug fixes
-Added 2 items, 1 of which is part of a new set
-Changed Tesla Coil and Visage of Amadia to make them part of the new set

-Added more options to the enemy effects settings book. Enemy Health/Armor values can now be adjusted
-Fixed a bug where weapon effects were activating off surfaces they created
-Added 3 new items

8.9.2021
-Gave a level requirement to some enemy effects
-made it so enemies receive stat bonuses to all abilities listed on the item stat card for effects applied
-buffed the Storm Rider boots and gave them a custom icon
-made it so enemy stats are not boosed past 10
-rewind was still crashing the game, i think I fixed it this time though
-fixed bug causing accolye ring to not work
-fixed some effects proccing twice
-added 1 item
