Fixed some minor issues with models

Major update:
- Provided custom LOD meshes with half teh triangels comapred to default ones,
- Increased passenger capacity to match other my packs
- Changed some models (mainly modern and old articualted trams)

Changed acceleration, braking and turning values, so passangers won't feel like on a rollercoaster
