I really like the assets and I would LOVE to use them in my cities but all of the assets in your vanilla style collection are not line color conforming. Will you be making a version of your assets that are color conforming? Here's to hoping!

@lynx sure, it's https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1535683778 . But there are two of them stacked together with move it!, and there are some tram tracks shenanigans performed inside using both move it! and touch it! mods, to connect them so they work as one.

I've updated some models, and uploaded custom LOD models to increase performance. As a consequence some already existing trams in your cities may get distorted (inverted trailers, trailers in wrong places etc). If they do, just change the trams on your line for a brief moment, so all distorted ones return to depot. New ones coming out of the depot won't be distorted.

@LittleBigLesbian, @7 Densha Master it seems I messed up trailers and trams naming (I named them all of them exactly the same). It wasn't a problem when I had the assets in my local Asset folder, but after uploading to the Steam the game couldn't figure out which trailer belongs to which tram. My bad, sorry. Something to take into consideration in the future :D
I gave the trams unique names by adding a letter to it. The problem should no longer occur, leave a comment if you still experience it.

I'll try to reporduce this bug on Thursday. Won't have much time untill then.

Correct head, random trailers from this pack

What is happening exactly? Trams get random trailers? Are they randomly-random, which mean that the same "head" can get different trailers each time it leaves the depot? Or the same "head" gets the same trailers every time, but they are from wrong set? Are the wrong trailers only assigned from my pack, or i.e. vanilla trailer gets assigned to my "head" as well?

That is a very strange bug, I have tested these assets in heavily modded game (about 2k assets + mods) for a few hours and I had no problems at ałl.

I'm experiencing the same issue of the trailers not being assigned correctly. The only ones that seem to work are the 'Modern tram' 5 and 7 cars. I do love the designs of the other trams, so I'd love for this issue to be fixed.
(FYI I don't have a random trailer mod or anything like it.)

@7 Densha Master what do you mean? The trailers are not assigned correctly? It can't be the assets themselves, as they have fixed trailers. Personally I never stumbled across this problem. You must be using some mods like random trailer selector or else. Can't really help with that.

There are some glitches with the trams where they are mixing up with one another rather than whats shown in the screenshots. The only one not affected is the one car tram

But if you do plan to reskin the default vanilla stuff to fit in with your stuff that is also a nice trade off.

Either way these trams are still a sight to see in my city so, nitpicking aside, these are still top tier.

Guys, sorry, but those trams require a lot of work. It'd take me a week to reclour them into line-colour version. But I'll consider making one or two green monorails instead. Don't expect them soon though. They're at the bottom of to-do list.

They look fantastic, I love the vanilla feel. Much better than the abomination that came with Snowfall.

Ah these are so cool! I'm glad to see someone's still making vanilla-style but clearly improved vehicles!

It's too bad you won't do monorail, but I do look forward to seeing what you'll do with metros.

Since you don't plan on covering the monorails, would it be okay to request a non-livery version for this tram pack and future packs? Like have these trams without the uniform livery but use the default line color texture (where the line color dictates the entire color of the model like default vanilla models). I understand you don't use monos but it would be nice to fit these trams (and future releases) in with the monorails without making you create new models and stuff. I'm the type of city builder who tries to use all modes of transportation wherever possible and I usually like to see things blend in as either entirely vanilla or entirely uniformed. If I used these uniformed livery trams with the other vanilla models you don't plan on doing then it would be sorta weird to me to see one option with a unformed livery mixing with the default line color style.

@Kaedescope oh boy, if only uve seen my list of ready models with unfinished textures. Anyway, I'm planning on doing buses in two packs, unfortunately none will have "true" intercity buses, because I don't own Sunset Harbour. I will retexture SH intercity bus and use it as a standard bus though.

Then ill make metros, trains and eventually taxis. Not planning on doing monorails since I don't use them at all, sorry.

Also i actually forgot to ask but will the bus pack you plan to make include intercity buses? There is a severe lack of vanilla-styled intercity buses on the workshop and was wondering if youll include them as well.

These are perfect! The first vanilla-styled trams I've ever seen on the workshop since release back in 2015. I really dig the uniform skins you applied and adding subtle hints of line color, really adds to the whole unification of all transportation systems in a city! You sir just made my day!


Before i forget to ask: Any plans of doing this for the rest of the transportation options? I can see you plan to do buses and I'm already subscribed to your taxis as well, but what about beyond that? Been waitin' and hopin' for someone to make a vanilla-styled transportation pack that literally expands on all forms of transportation all the while having a uniform skin (like this one). Especially for the unpopular transportation methods like the new trolleys or the monorails or the blimps etc.
