Buffs
+ DStrong grounded-only hit is now a little wider (+10), and becomes significantly wider with charge (indicated by more effects appearing)
+ DAttack strength now changes if Starter chooses high or low jump. High is the same as before, but low is significantly weaker and can instead combo much better.
+ Low jump DAttack now also lets Starter cancel out of the slam earlier
Nerfs
- Low jump DAttack is weaker due to the above (dmg 10->7, bkb 9->7, kbs 1.0->0.5)
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Reversed the DAttack jump input (instead of holding down for low jump and high being default, low is now default and you hold up to jump high) as it might feel more natural
+ Added fire status effect on UAir and FSpecial missiles (as usual, this is only visual though)
+ Added some more sfx to charged attacks + DStrong in general
+ Made Jab3 feel heavier
+ Marked some hitboxes as fire, water, etc hitboxes and fixed some misc interactions
+ Overhauled the star sprite and some star effects

- Reduced FStrong sweetspot knockback a little bit (1.25->1.15 kbs)
- When using rune K, the increased size stats are much more mild than normal (mainly to make the rune just a bit less instant win in rune matches)

- Toned down some grounded movement stats (dash speed 6.25->5.75, and dash start speed 6.75->6.25)
- Toned down some aerial movement stats (air speed 5.5->5.25, air accel 0.27->0.24, max jump hsp 6->5.75)
- Increased DAttack startup (13->15), and endlag on whiff (+3f)
- Increased DTilt endlag on whiff a bit (+3f)
