- Starter can now spawn DSpecial Block on platforms too
Nerfs
- DTilt is a little less active
- DAttack grab hitbox is a bit smaller and less disjointed
- Made Wave reflect lifetime a bit lower, so it won't reflect as late
Fixes / Other Changes
- Colored outline when armored now recolors with alts
- Fixed some projectile hitboxes (ex: rocket launcher, bomb, and bubble explosions) not changing owner properly when spawned
- Added projectile flipping code to fix projectiles being flipped wrong sometimes (rivals moment)
- Updated some compatibility with other KoB characters
- Added anti-armor breaking code
- Added Boss Mode if you set Starter to CPU level 1, and improved Starter's AI slightly

- USpecial can now be used twice if you started it while grounded

- Downward Comet Blaster now has less knockback at the start (as it was super strong due to an oversight)

- Fixed DSpecial block to be unreflectable and unabsorbable
- Holding the c-stick forward when doing DAttack now also makes the grab ignore projectiles (previously, only holding Attack would work)
- Updated grab code again
- Updated UTilt and walk+dash turn animations

- Increased NSpecial endlag (14->21)
- NAir sourspot is a bit less active (10->6), and it has a bit more startup (9->10) and landing lag (5->7)
- Increased DStrong endlag (14->21)

- UAir bomb and DAir bubble can now be hit by anyone, including Starter himself. Allows for some cool stuff for Starter, but should also hopefully make them easier to counter

- Fixed new reflector code not resetting projectile hit priority if it was 0
