Changes to the 'Blegh' randomat:

- Changed description when using the sharky model
- The normal sharky model is now replaced with the Ben face one
- Everyone now gets a unique sharky model, until all are used
- Added rainbow sharky that changes colours over time

Fixed players not respawning as sharks during 'Blegh' (When the model is installed)

'Blegh' now gives everyone a random sharky playermodel if installed!

- Fixed 'Battle Royale' not appearing to change anyone's role to innocent
- Spectator randomat alert now uses a randomat's alternate name or extended description if a name or description isn't set for it
- The range of the spin attack weapon from 'Whoa!' is now slightly smaller
- Replaced a hard-coded function in the stats mod with a proper dynamic one
- Fixed the radar not starting when given through a stats-based randomat
- The music played by 'Noir' is no longer randomised, it is now always the same one
- 'Noir' now plays the full-length version of the noir music
- The ending of 'Noir' is now animated, with the black bars moving off the screen, the greyscale effect fading out, and the ending riff of the noir music plays

Fixed roles not updating on clients when 'Battle Royale' triggers

Fixed leader weapon pickups limit not resetting in 'Simon Says'

'Simon Says' now switches leader if the leader drops and picks up guns too much

- 'Stop Ghosting' now affects players who start as spectators
- Ghosts from 'Stop Ghosting' now stay upright as players look around
- The alert for someone dying while a spectator randomat is active is now much more obvious
- Added new base function

Changed 'Freeze' randomat names and category
Dead players can now vote by default during 'Ban a Randomat!'

'Heads Up Dismay' no longer affects dead players
