-fixed Gangs/SWAT/Military/FBI NPCs stuck aiming down while fighting
-fixed cheat APW not deleting NPC props

- NPCs will use the path-tracing function to chase other NPCs (they will move in a straight line until they find a path)
- NPCs stuck in small areas will try to find a closer path (instead of standing still)
- human/gang NPCs can be taken out with the sledge
- hostile SWAT/military/FBI can be taken out by pressing "grab"without being detected
- added the new human skins as zombies
- added more gangs (Ballas team)
- fixed the smartphone zipline
- added three cheat codes
