-fixed player body position in vehicles (Teardown Experimental)

NPCs:
-fixed, voxelplaza NPCs option, spawn npcs in all versions causing lag
-fixed, NPCs loaded with the map don't work properly
-added, human NPCs can swim

-added helicopter ambulance from trainDLC MOD as an spawnable

NPCs:
-tempfix for Teardown Experimental version, all NPCs will focus on player's model body instead of the player
-fixed, relationships between swat and gangs members
-swat, gang members and zombies will despawn with distance like the Human NPcs and will use the cheatcodes "NFC-NPCsFarClip", "NSC-NPCsShortClip", "DNC-NPCsDisableNoCull"
-added two cheatcodes
-added spawnable cheatcode list
-added small mission when escaping from prison istead of been teleported back
