Fix: Moved index cards one grid space further away from the center of the table, to prevent them from overlapping with the 1-click setup scenarios.

* Bloody Omaha battlepack
* War Stories 1 - Fury (SS only, Wardaddy is being re-balanced)
* 1-click setup for the new tournament league (2 scenarios)

Replaced "Schwimmwagen" with "Kübelwagen".

Fix Round 4 scenario:
* Move "End Turn" marker to turn 7 instead of turn 6.
* Move initiative marker to be on top of the turn tracker. It was stuck underneath it.

Also:
* Removed name "Terrain Board" from terrain boards because it was distracting while playing the scenarios.
