Improvements (for the tournament):
* Add exact number of gear, to match the physical punchboard (i.e. 2x Grenade, Ammo, Panzerfaust recruitment options).

Fix:
* Remove the Primary Objective Tactical Bonus from the Demo Scenario and Round 1 Scenario.
* Move the "End Turn" marker to Turn 6 for the Demo Scenario (from Turn 8).

Small fix:
* Fix the snap points on the Field Command and Feldkommando tiles.

Small fixes:
* Add an infinite bag with "Destruction Point" to the "Round 1" scenario.
* Move the "End Game" marker to turn 6 instead of turn 8 for the "Round 1" scenario.

Added UI for selecting scenario.
