Migrated all assets to the Steam Cloud - this should fix the issue where people were unable to download the images.

Changed "House" tokens to be a 2-state token. The first state is "House", second state is "Rubble".

Changed "American Event", "German Event", "Event" so they are single-sided images.

Update the German "Feldkommando" recruitment tile.

Updated M8 Greyhound unit and recruitment tile.

Made sure all game pieces have "Toggles > Sticky" checked.

Made the German "Tank Ambush" tile have "Toggles > Grid" de-selected, to match all other tanks.

Fix a few tiles:
* N. Cota unit - changed ability to "+1 Card" instead of "Barrage Order"
* Houses - changed backside to be impassible to heavy vehicles and have a smaller "footprint" for units to occupy

Removed the "Chalice" token and "Chapel" terrain element. These will be added back for the Halloween special.
