- after all these years, the game is now a finished character. this is so wholesome (added finished tag)
- small sprites! let me know if there are any visual bugs
- fixed frier up b bug where you didn't teleport to it if you perfectly buffer another move before it

- increased jab startup (2 > 3), decreased hitpause scaling (5+.6 > 5+.3)
- increased utilt and uair startup (2 > 3), adjusted hitpause scaling (5+.6 > 5+.2)
- uair more damage (4% > 5%)
- ftilt hitpause adjusted (8+.6 > 8+.7), tweaked "smear", farther but thinner hitbox
- dair hits lower, hitbox size reduced
- fair hitbox size reduced
- fstrong hitbox size reduced, adjusted hitpause (18+1.0 > 9+1.0), lowered knockback (9+1.2 > 8+1.1), increased damage (10% > 12%)
- ustrong early hit less knockback scaling (9+1.1 > 9+1)
