UPDATE - corrected more issues of mismatched characters. Also added about 50 more bios and expanded bios that were very short.

fixes some of the mismatches between characters and biographies, I have not yet fixed all instances of the problem, but I've created a method to help identify these scenarios and fix them easily going forward.

Compatibility for WU-King added about 200 characters bios that overlap. There are still a few NEW characters that WU-King adds that don't have a full bio.

Initial Version. Supports vanilla 3k, all DLC, MTU and TUP. Should support all resolutions at 1080p and above.
