Hotfix to actually update vehicles as Castian had a skill issue and didn't send me ALL the files

* Add Melta Bomb (BT), reduced weight to make balancing for kits easier;
* Increase Lux Ammo penetration;
* Add new Assault Shotguns, 3 variants with attachments;
* Add custom relics:
* Add Praesidium Sacre - Model by @tyline, Textures & Config by @icywolf7853;
* Add Vindicta Fratris - Model, Textures, Config by @icywolf7853;
* Fix Enduring Conviction execution;
* Add Gregor's Terminator Armor, "Ancilla Habitu";
* Add Omnissian Axe, A two hit axe with the punch special;
* Add Omnissian Relic Axe, A two hit axe with the One hand/Two Hand special, Gold trim and the plate behind the skull is gold;
* Add Grav Chutes (BT) - Working Grav Chutes that allow a safe descent (burns fuel quickly, so should be used as you get close to the ground);
* Add new weapon systems to armoury vehicles;
* Krak Air-to-Ground Missiles - Krak missiles that lock onto ground targets;
* Krak Air-to-Air Missiles - Krak Missiles that lock onto Airborn Vehicles;
* Krak Air-to-Ground Rockets - Dumb fired rockets that deal heavy damage to vehicles;
* Cluster Rockets - Dumb fired rockets that split into 5 rockets 5m above the ground;
* Add new weapons and flares to all Landspeeders;
* Xiphon Bomber:
* Add new Krak AGM;
* Increase capacity for bombs;
* Remove 5000kg bomb;
* Xiphon Interceptor:
* Add new Krak AAM;
* Remove AGMs;
* Assault Ram:
* Add new variant: Styx Pattern Assault Ram;
* Replace Frag Rockets with Radiation Launcher;
* Replace Krak Missile with Plasma Rockets;
* Add new Krak AGRs;
* Add Cluster Rockets;
* Remove AA capabilities;
* Storm Eagle:
* Add new Krak AAM;

* Fix all space marine aircraft `cost` (what the AI use to determine threat). This makes AI aircraft more likely to engage aircraft first;
