- Decreased control sensitivity and adjust lift and collective values slightly - should make flying slightly easier.
- Reduced drag slightly - should make it slightly easier to fly on windy days with ACE3 but without changing too far beyond realistic limit.
- Fixed bug of drone launch damaging the player if they have their weapon raised by releasing the drone slightly further from the player.
- Added ACE3 interactions to launch and pick up if running ACE3.
- Added CBA settings to enable or disable BOTH the vanilla scroll wheel actions AND the ACE3 interactions. (Obviously don't disable BOTH otherwise you won't be able to launch it!)

Tweaked priorities of scroll wheel action to make it slightly easier to retrieve

Very minor tweak to 'rules' under which the Black Hornet can be retrieved:
The motor/engine no longer needs to be turned off for the Hornet to be retrieved meaning you can now retrieve it when it's hovering in front of you.
Given how hard it can be to spot the Hornet once it's landed on the ground, this seemed like a sensible modification.

- Increase sound levels slightly
- Tweaked dust effects significantly
- Improve launching from buildings. (Note the hover height after launch when launching from buildings is much higher.)
