* Domination adoption now grants 0.5 Influence monthly and finisher grants +5 Planetary Stability.
* Privy Council tradition now increases starting and max Governor level by 2.
* Entertain the Masses decision now costs 50 Influence.
* Expel [Ethic] decisions now cost 250 Unity.
* Shared Destiny no longer adds to subject trust cap.
* Fix Guarantee Independence not accounting for Pompous Purists civic.
* Fix primitives becoming spacefaring event to account for aquatics/lithoids/necroids, now also grants some starting unity.

* AIs will not ask to be a vassal for five years after exiting a war in an attempt to reduce over-eager vassalization.
* Rogue Servitors now have access to Xenoharvest subject type instead of Beneficiary.
* Added checks on subject's country type to limit interaction with special subjects added by other mods.

* Made Domination traditions closer to vanilla as of 3.1.
* Improved ethic shift for subject empires.
* Fixed players who become the crisis not gaining menace for new vassal types.
* Allowed population to reduce willingness to be subjugated.

* Updated for Stellars v3.
* Automated Assemblers and Xenoharvest now send pops every 5 years regardless of game phase.
* Beneficiaries will not send special leaders (Brainslug, Chosen, Gray).
* Dominions now have civics set to Imperial Cult and one random civic.
* Special Administrative Region now have civics set to Mostly Harmless and one random civic.
* No longer overriding primitive.18 as this appears to be fixed.
