Now Source restoration with Lifeline Exchange 4 also requires that your target has less than 50% health (down from 100%).
Nexus Entity redirects only 90% damage (down from 100%).
Deadly Essence now deals 10%-40% of your maxHP based on your missing health (no health missing = 10%, all health missing = 40%) (down from just 40% all the time).
Reductio Stabilis now deals 1/3 of maxHP (up from 30% maxHP).
Surface Displacement now properly displaces Clouds.

FIxed damage application of Surface Weaponization.
Derivation/Designation cost 0 AP and Compose drains 2AP instead (or 1 in case of Death Dealing or Status Exchange).
Now should also work for GM/Arena.

Reduced the price of Teleport from 10% maxHP to 8% maxHP.
Reduced the price of Enumerate-2/-4 from 10%/30% maxHP to 5%/15% maxHP.
Completely removed the AP cost of both Enumerate and Nexus Entity to promote low-level potential.
Nexus Entity now lasts only 2 turns instead of 4 turns at Persuasion 0.
Surface Weaponization now deals 15%/25%/45% damage/healing instead of 10%/20%/40%.
All Civil Ability damage reductions/increases raised from 1.5% to 2%.
Surface Weaponization with both a Ground and a Cloud Surface Derived at the same time is now only 87.5% as strong to prevent easy overkills.
Lucky Charm now makes you 8% per point instead of 4% per point more likely to get the Creative Chaos Instability.
Improved the description of the Compose skill to more clearly reflect how it works.

Derive Character - Designate Item now teleports the character to the item.
Deriving and Designating the same character now applies Lifeline Heal.
Extend Incantation now actually kills you if you cast any spell that is not from Metasourcery.
Surface Weaponization damage now scales with stats.
Clones don't copy Arcane Imbuement anymore.
Siphon Knowledge won't spend extra AP anymore.

Now the crystal is automatically equipped at game start or load!
Delegate is fixed!
Siphon Knowledge now displays the siphoned skill name on cast.
Now scales with Polymorph, Lucky Charm, Loremaster, Telekinesis, Sneaking, Thievery, Bartering and Persuasion!
Scaling notes:
Polymorph - increases the duration of the Surface Weaponization statuses by 1 turn for each point (this is going to be funny).
Lucky Charm - increases the Exchange Life Ally healing by 1.5%, makes Creative Chaos 4% more probable instead of other instabilities for each point.
Loremaster - increases the Surface Weaponization damage/healing by 1.5% for each point.
Telekinesis - your Telekinesis increases the damage of Deadly Essence, target's Telekinesis increases the damage of Destabilize by 1.5% for each point.
Sneaking - decreases the Teleportation/Enumerate max HP costs subtractively by 1.5% for each point.
Thievery - increases the Exchange Life Enemy healing/damage by 1.5% for each point.
Bartering - increases the duration of Afflictology-applied statuses by 1 turn for each point (this is also going to be funny).
Persuasion - increases the Summon Nexus Entity duration by 1 turn each point and increases the starting Unstable Clone HP/Armor by 5% additively for each point.
The damage/healing increases are multiplicative [damage = base damage * (100% + 1.5% * points)].
