Fixed the crashes occurring when Conquering Naples and Palermo.

Changes to the GUI to fix all the white monuments, this will make the mod incompatible with other mods that change it as well [no bug nor crashes, but visual bugs]

Fixed an empty modifier of the Duomo of Milano

Balanced some fervor/church power gain

Added all 3 Buddhist denomination instead of just Theravada

Changed "Sunni" as a requirement to "Religion Group is Muslim" to grant access to Shia and Ibadi [personal love <3] as well

Changed some costs to 7000 ducats and 480 Months

Added starting Tier for the mod monuments
