-update for version # for 3.10
-Fixed Kota showing up in the tech advances
-Moved Fett DNA to it's own tech for easier modding
-Condensed Cross era resources for easier modding
-Copyied over republic troops to empire
-Defense armies good at defending and attack armies good at attack
-Special Defense armies that show up on certain planets are good are really good at defending those planets
-Clones and other armies start with a high experience like special forces and get more exp from battles
-Rebel and Resistance armies more likely to disengage
-Expected units are more likely to cause collateral damage. Like rocket troops, Artillery, etc...

-H.O.P.E Commandos remove from the Republic's unit roster(Only one mention of them and redundant). Hero unit still there though.
-Some of the Galactic Republic's unit icon were added
-Deposit per pop jobs reworked to be more fair
-7 new buildings added(modeled by StarSophia)

-Rugosa and Toydaria supply base graphics changed
-code for building spawned armies is broke atm, might fix later
-Bare mininum of Lothal added for BARC Speeder production
