- re-balanced effect of item quality on repair success chance. It's now more closely based on making sure there is a certain crafting skill level at which each quality can be repaired at with the odds of it stacked in your favor. E.g. Your lvl 12 crafter has a 62% chance of repairing a normal quality item at 50% condition, but at lvl 10 only had a 48% chance. This is all assuming you're not being penalized by lack of research or tech level.
Generally speaking, you should have better success chance with this update. The leash has been loosened up a bit now that I've completed the quality degradation feature, which is meant to be the main balancing feature of this mod.
