Post-patch for update 3.3 - RU

  • Updated and optimized and rechecked ALL events in patch 3.3.* - those that did not work will work, those that appeared rarely will appear much more often.
  • The update itself contains much more than just fixes. I haven't finished working with the new origin and its features yet, but in the code, most of the events, descriptions and the rest of the technical part are already ready - because of this, the mod has increased in weight.
  • Prices for megastructures and policies have also been updated for version 3.3, and should work as expected.

Mod updated for 3.2 version, also:

A new technology and module (not building) for the starbases has been added, which allows you to mine minerals using the station if there are asteroids in the system.

Fixed a couple of old bugs, and also added resolutions to the galactic community. They will also be associated with space mining. Completing the final resolution will grant access to a unique starbase structure. (available only to members of the galactic community)

Values of random for events also has been changed, so you should now see them more often.

Fixed a bug that prevented the construction of megastructures. (для себя, там проблема была в строке colonizeable - они что-то с ней сделали, из за чего все сооружения проваливали проверку)

Changing file names from asp to asp_agr

The mod has been updated for version 3.1. Fixed compatibility issue with Archeology Story Pack (all namespaces
asp were replaced with asp_agr, so there should be no conflicts.).

Fixed the problem with the dropout of the second level technology earlier than the first one, and also the Chinese localization was added - thanks 彭定康说的 for that.

Small fixes + changes in the probabilities of events. Habitats will no longer explode ( or it will happen less frequently :D ), and events should not be buggy either.
