Fixed a small bug (in vanilla code, not mine) in the guardian response event for the greedy/gregarious/lustful childhood personality event.

Updated the mod to be compatible with the current game version.

Fixed some minor errors.

Made some changes that, hopefully, may have made the mod slightly more optimized in how it runs.

Upped most of the numbers. The mod should now have a little more of an effect. That is, what personality traits children get should be a little more deterministic / a little less random.

Added back logic for the personality trait events for imprisoned children. In vanilla, those events are basically entirely random. The lustful event is the only exception, where being asexual makes it half as likely to fire. I've added modifiers that adjust probabilities based on childhood trait. I've also made the kind of personality traits that I feel would be less likely to be gained in prison (the nice, well adjusted person kind of traits) a little less likely to get, and the ones that I feel you would be more likely to get in prison (the not so nice and well adjusted person kind of traits) a little more likely to get.
