Semi-Public Beta Release!

- Major Bug fixes when dealing with Overlapping tracks
- Improved RaceLine segment analysis algorithm
- Improved Race Position Checking on very close finishes
- Improved path finding and error handling in race cars
- Sped up Yellow And Red Engine Types
- Added more debug information to Car debugging mode
- Fixed bug when destroying and replacing race Control in the middle of a race (will now stop race)
- Got a lot of TODOs done

Cars are now very aggressive and scrappy and fun to race!

Added feature to track scanner that forces race line to be in the middle when ramps are detected

BUG:
If cars crash while on overlapping track (on overpass) they have a chance of following incorrect goal node, just reset the car by placing it off of overlapping track.

Major Bug fix in track generator when for determining proper cornering speeds and incline/declines

Added slight downforce to tilt nose up while cars are in the air

Changed default engine speeds. Unstable at high speeds

Major Bug fix in the track scanner, Should allow for better track scans.

Removed engine noises temporarily due to Audio glitches in some clients.

Modified some racing logic in cars, allows for closer racing but increases incident chances (oval specific)

Cars can now drive on ovals!
Race Control now keeps track of laps and race positions and slows down cars after finish
Added ability to turn on debug mode on driver block
fixed potentially infinite loops in driver while driving on ovals

MAJOR AI UPDATE

AI now are very scrappy but semi smart at the same time

Race control now keeps track of race positions, lap times, and handicap for closer more exciting racing

TODO: create UI for setting up a race

Updated Passing logic of cars
-- Much more aggressive. very unrealistic and may cause accidents, but much more fun

Fixed bug where cars may jump nodes and sections of track due to being "closer"
