Added support for tainted enemies and other regular enemies that have armor
MCM now lists all bosses and enemies with armor instead of grouping them
Renamed mod

- Bosses can now be individually toggled using the data files or MCM mod.
- ?????? is now ignored by default due to user reports of unpredictable behavior involving her second phase.
