Update: 12 Oct, 2022 @ 1:38pm

Fixed backwards compatibility issues with base Rebirth+ instances of the game -- all testing is with Repentance only, though I will try not to break backwards compatibility. If you find issues, feel free to report them in the Discord!

Update: 2 Oct, 2022 @ 7:39am

* New "Black Out" shader, available in the Custom Command editor on the website -- will turn the entire screen black for the specified time.
* !naked would briefly freeze the game as it removed all the players items. This should be a lot more efficient now, and, also removes the players costumes to actually be naked

Update: 12 Sep, 2022 @ 12:32pm

* Introducing Fiend Folio support! If you have Fiend Folio installed along side Twitching of Isaac, you will now be able to spawn, give, take, and transform in to all that Fiend Folio offers!
* Shaders are now disabled by default to prevent issues some users have encountered. You will now be able to enable or disable shaders from the Mod menu by pressing F8.
* Spawned in enemies will be a lot more randomized than before (so now you won't get a cluster of Gaping Maws in the center of the screen)
* New features available in the custom command editor including random options for all item data types, and a new logic block to only execute a command when the room has been cleared (or is currently cleared).

Update: 24 Jul, 2022 @ 2:33pm

Fixed a critical bug that would happen mostly to first time users of the mod, where on the first launch it would cause the screen to look glitched out due to all the shaders being activated at once. This is now fixed.
Additionally, the `!stat fire` command should now be fixed.

Update: 7 Jun, 2022 @ 5:49am

When a new user to the mod didn't have --luadebug enabled, it would cause all the visual shaders to execute at once, making the game look broken, and thus the mod being broken. This has been fixed!

Update: 1 Jun, 2022 @ 8:31am

Hot fix for the damage stats max/min values being swapped, so you could only set the damage to a max of 0.5 -- oops. Fixed.

Update: 29 May, 2022 @ 5:55pm

The BIG 3.0 Update!
After tons of work, the new 3.0 launch is here! This update is packed with fixes, feature updates and additions! Please see the full list below, and be sure to join the Twitching of Isaac community in our Discord! I'd also like to call out a new YouTube channel has been created that will feature tutorial videos, and miscellanous update videos about the mod, so please check it out here.

Functionality Changes
The way that the mod detects if a chatter is a Subscriber has changed, to account for conflicting badges; this means that it should actually be accurate now. In addition, the definition of a Subscriber, as it pertains to the mod, has changed a little. As expected, Subscribers of the current channel count, but as do VIPs, Moderators, and the last Hype Train conductor. Conductors are giving this special badge when they had the most bits or donations during a Hype Train, and they will retain this badge until the next Hype Train occurs. As a thank you for their gifts, they get temporary Subscriber status (if they don't already have it).
Previously, Friends spawned in with the !friend command, or via the Spawn Friend custom command editor action, would attract enemies constantly. This has a side effect of causing some enemies, such as Hosts, from not popping up if the friend is too far away, and the room soft locks you. Now, spawned friends will still attract enemies from you, however only for the first 5 seconds you are in a room, after that enemies will retarget themselves.
The friendly version of Delirium is now actually friendly. Since Delirium doesn't keep status effects, there was a bunch of work put in to ensure that a friendly Delirium will not hurt you the player.
Spawned in enemies will no longer the player for the first few frames that they spawn in, which is important in case the enemy spawns right on top of the player.
Twitch Chests will no longer spawn again on the same floor that one was seen on; and when you do see it in a room, that is it - it will disappear unless you pick it up.
Twitch Chests will not go sliding off the screen endlessly in the rare scenario a Twitch Chest was spawned due to blowing up a rock.
Command Changes
The !teleport command was not teleporting to a random room when no destination was provided, as stated in the documentation. This has been fixed.
The !repeat command was not respecting the limits enforced in the commands configuration. This has been fixed.
The !mcduck command would previously only turn poops in the room to gold looking poops; they will now actually be real golden poops.
From a development flow perspective, most commands have unit testing in place now, to ensure that future updates will not break the commands.
Custom Command Editor
The custom command editor has had some significant changes and updates! This functionality can be used to create your own custom interactions with your chat, whether it's with custom commands, or channel point redeems.

The Spawn functionality was not working properly for enemy types. This has been fixed.
The Enemies section for Data inputs used to only have an option for all enemies. These are now broken down in to new sub-categories for Monsters and Bosses, as well as options to choose a random one from those types.
Custom Commands generate a config system when you use certain data types (for example, if you have a command that allows user input for Spawnable Items, that custom command will generate a config for specifying which items you want to ban). This was not saving correctly but is now fixed.
The Player menu category has a new action called Use a Poop Spell; this let's you trigger one of the Poop spells, as used by Tainted ???.
The Logic menu category has two new actions available:
If Subscriber is a new block type that allows you to perform simple logic based on if the chatter issuing the command is a Subscriber or not - this allows you to have a little more customization of your custom commands. It works by providing two content areas where you can add custom actions; one area for actions to perform if the user is a Subscriber, and another for those who are not. Actions placed in these sections will execute sequentially, just like the primary command container does.
Random Action is a new block type that instead of running each command sequentially, it will choose one of the actions at random to run.
A new Game menu category has been added to the Custom Command editors menu. Actions listed in this section impact the game as a whole, and can span Rooms and Levels.
The Controls sub-menu is specifically for actions that will alter the behavior of the players controls.
Invert game inputs will invert the players control scheme for the specified amount of time. This means that moving or shooting up will now be down, and moving or shooting left will be right.
Swap game inputs will swap the players control scheme for the specified amount of time. This means that your movement controls will now be shooting controls, and your shooting controls will be your movement controls.
The Visual Effects sub-menu is specifically for actions that will alter the visual display of the game. All Visual Effects are run for a configurable amount of time, and all Visual Effects can be stacked.
Beer Goggles will apply a shader to the game that will cause the screen to have a drunken effect on it.
Blur will apply a shader to the game that will cause the screen to appear extremely blurry.
Broken LCD will apply a shader to the game that has the appearance of a buggy LCD screen.
Crosshatch will apply a shader to the game that has a crosshatch appearance to it.
Emboss will apply a shader to the game that will cause the screen to look embossed.
Flip Horizontally will apply a shader to the game that will mirror the display horizontally.
Flip Vertically will apply a shader to the game that will mirror the display vertically.
Hallucinate will trigger the Hallucination sequence as seen on the Delirium floor.
Invert will apply a shader to the game that will invert the colors normally displayed on screen.
Neon will apply a shader to the game that will outline the edges of the sprites on the screen and display them with neon styling.
Night Vision will apply a shader to the game that will give the game a feeling of being viewed with Night Vision - a vignette will be around the edges, while the main picture is green and grainy.
Pixelate will run the Retro Vision pixelation effect for the specified duration.
Pop Art will apply a shader to the game that gives it a Pop Art feel.
Sepia will apply a shader to the game that gives it a sepia filter.
Solarize will apply a shader to the game that is somewhat like inverting the color, but with increased color intensity.
Text Adventure will apply a shader to the game that will cause visuals to display with ASCII style characters, to give the feeling of an old school text adventure game.
Voronoi will apply a shader to the game that will apply a voronoi filter to the screen.
The Fortune Popup will pop up a message, using the functionality used in game for displaying fortune messages. The text can be customized either directly in the editor, or you can accept user input via Defined Parameters from the Logic menu section. You are able to use the string %%username%% in your popup message and it will be automatically be replaced with the display name of the Twitch user that issued the command.
Make it Rain will rain down a specified amount of pennies for the specified amount of time. For example, if you have it rain 100 pennies, over the coarse of 10 seconds, it will randomize the dropping of pennies from off screen. If you have the POG for Good Items or the Specialist Dance for Good Items mods installed, this action will trigger their behavior.
Stream Widgets
After a realllly long wait, the Stream Widgets are back. This required a full rewrite of the backend and frontend systems. This does come with a nice update that it will also detect reroll
