Mother phase two was being skipped - fixed.

There was an issue with !friends loading in as all white and not having any status effects -- this also impacted tear effects on enemies, and on any bullet hell screen would slow things down immensely. This has been fixed.

* All new mod backend, which moves commands to a new system that custom commands and channel point redemptions will run on.
* Commands can now be aliased! If you want a command to be renamed, whether it's because you don't like the existing name, or you want to localize it to your language, you can change things up from the website config.
* Various bug fixes (stuck stats, non-clearing friends)
* New helper commands for upcoming custom commands and channel point redemption release.
* Buffed !mcduck to now midas freeze enemies in the room.
* Experimental donation based system in place, to be released to public soon.

Bug fixes:
* When killing The Beast (those spawned from the mod), the end cutscene would attempt to trigger, and cause the game to be locked in a white screen. This has now been fixed, and The Beast will simply disappear when dead.
* When killing Dogma (those spawned from the mod), all doors in the room were previously removed. This has now been fixed, and the room will reload all previously deleted doors preventing a soft lock.

Additional functionality has been added in preparation for the upcoming Custom Commands and Challange features.

Updates to support custom commands, and bug fixes:
* Entering Mother's Shadow sub-area would crash the
game. This has been fixed.
* Weird graphical glitch for transformations or
fortune text has been fixed.
* Delirious, Placebo, and Mama Mega now work!
