~ CONTENT & OVERLORD DLC UPDATE ~

General
- With the recent update drastically reducing the amount of items using influence in the game and instead using unity, I had to change a lot of the researches to work correctly and be more balanced
- Updated to support all game versions 3.4 and above
- Updated mod description and images

Balance Changes
Tier 2 Research: Interstellar Persuasion
- Monthly Influence bonus reduced to +0.5 (was +1)

Tier 3 Research: Exceptional Diplomacy Skills
- Removed Resettlement cost as Resettlement no longer requires Influence
- Added 0.5 Monthly Influence income when in a Defensive War

Tier 4 Research: Galactic Persuasion:
- Reduced Monthly Influence income to +0.5 (was +1)
- Reduced Claim Influence Cost to +5% (was +10%)

Tier 5 Research: Smooth Diplomacy Skills
- Removed Resettlement cost as it no longer requires Influence
- Removed Subject Integration Influence Cost as it no longer requires Influence
- Added 0.5 Monthly Influence income when in a Defensive War

Tier 6 Research: Unwavering Persuasion
- Removed Resettlement cost as it no longer requires Influence
- Removed Subject Integration Influence Cost as it no longer requires Influence
- Reduced Monthly Influence income to +1 (was +2)
- Added Faction Influence Gain bonus of 10%

Tier 1 Rare Research: Rapid Expansion
- Reduced Monthly Influence income to +0.25 (was +0.5)
- Reduced Starbase Influence Cost to -10% (was -15%)

Tier 3 Research: Clever Diplomacy
- Removed Diplomatic Influence Cost bonus
- Reduced Monthly Influence income to +0.5 (was +1)
- Added Monthly Influence income when in a Defensive War to +0.5

Tier 5: Forceful Political Clout
- Removed Resettlement cost as it no longer requires Influence
- Removed Subject Integration Influence Cost as it no longer requires Influence

- Fixed tier bug with rare technologies, they should now properly appear when the proper research has been completed
- New mod description and better clarification on how technologies appear
- Added new edict and research listed below

NEW: Influential Crisis Edict
- Cost: Half the cost of a vanilla ambition, scales alongside vanilla ambitions
- Length: Until canceled
- Grants +2 monthly influence income
- Reduces diplomatic weight by 10%
- Increases claim cost by 20%

Ambition: Influential Ambition Edict
- Cost reduced to half the cost of a vanilla ambition, scales alongside vanilla ambitions
- Fixed: Now correctly lasts 10 years

Tier 1 Research
- Renamed from "Galactic Airwaves" to "Influential Expansion"
- Given new icon and description
- Now applies a starbase influence cost reduction of 15%
- No longer grants influence income
- No longer applies a claim cost penalty
- No longer applies a war exhaustion penalty

Tier 2 Research
- Given new icon
- Now grants the edict "Influential Crisis" which will give +2 monthly influence at the cost of -10% diplomatic weight and 20% increase in claim cost

Tier 3 Research
- Renamed from "Bribery" to "Exceptional Diplomacy Skills"
- Given new icon and description
- Now reduces the resettlement cost by 25%
- Now reduces the upkeep of diplomatic deals by 25%
- No longer grants influence income
- No longer increases diplomatic weight
- No longer grants the edict "Influential Ambition"

Tier 4 Research
- Renamed from "Political Extortion" to "Galactic Persuasion"
- No longer applies a war exhaustion penalty

Tier 5 Research

Tier 5 Rare Research
- Cost increased from 35000 society research to 50000 society research

Bug Fixes
- Researchers with the statecraft trait now properly apply research speed bonuses to these technologies
