Two new default capture pionts per side

Airports should now accomidate modded aircraft (Runway length), please leave feedback in the comments i cant test every plane mod:)

Hopefully fixed the bots not moving,

- Moved gas station flag to the hill opposite the military base.
- Raven airstrip is longer.
- new beach landing zone a couple hundred meters south east of Town.
- the military base on the hill is now a flag.
- The western side of Town no longer has a flag.
- Town now has a large house in construction.
- Moved the Eagle side Field HQ that sat near the bridge up onto the hill directly next to it, it should now provide a more strategic challenge to that area now.
- Eastern bridge changed a little to reflect above change.

- Raven planes probably wont crash now
got rid of some bushes no ones going to see to help proformance slightly.
