* Fixed a bug where Gerry and Khostum were not in the correct position after completing the mission's primary objectives, they should not be in the correct position near the exfil point.

* Changed respawn visibility to show to everybody, attempting to fix bug reported where coop players are unable to use the respawn point at LZ Donna.

* Gerry and Khostum tweaked to prevent being killed at the extraction point - this may need to be tweaked further
* Removed waypoints returning the Chinook to the extraction point, as there were reports of it crashing, it's purpose was merely for scenery - there should no longer be a Chinook at the extraction point
