Big update guys.

GREEN FINGER

I tried my best to make a half burned face. It was rough ... hard, this is kinda good but i'm sorry i could not pull something better in a "feel" way. I guess i reached kenshi's limits to pull out complexe textures. I could have used a custom normal map to make things better but it would have been a tremendous work for few gain. Green finger also have cold silver eyes, white eyebrows and integrated beard (read further notes if you wonder why it's integrated). The best is to givee him a browning dark skin, that hair screenshot oldman haircut and no beard but you can try something else ofc.

KIANA

Kiana is becoming the mod mascot, you have no choice, deal with it. Reason is, i could have make a separate mod but the face texture is somekind of a root asset to make her work the way i wanted ... so i had no choice. In the end i hope this will still please you, i will make her a nice unique recruit like if she was made by the studio. I will aim even better ! She has a real nice and pretty face retexture you can of course use on some other characters. If the fact she is integrated with this mod make you angry, you can still kill her in Admag i guess ? but that's not cool bro !

CROSS SCAR GREENLANDER

This was a demande from a nice and polite fella. I never do demands, at least not for free like that. This will be the last and i did it only because kenshin is special to me aswell, rooted in my childhood. I don't know about the result but i did what i could to make something alike ... with realism ? Can't even find a kenshin ponytail in workshop so good luck with that. Good things is, while making him i created a very nice and clean normal map to make male greenlander look less like drug addicts. Less bad skin complexion, less gaps, no strabisma, less frowning eyebrows ... I might use it again in the future for our sake because i know this is something you all want.

LUMI

And i told to myself "this one should be quick". Fuck i was so wrong, it happened to me again. I hate scorchlander and their weird skin hidden layer infos, that kind of shit can drive crazy any modder trust me. Anyways, after like 3hours of hard work, and a episode where my kenshi had corrupt files so i had to reinstall, there goes Lumi. I loved that character, can't wait to treat her in my upcoming dialogue mod ... but now that i struggled that hard, i love her a little less lol. So what we have here : 3 file face retexture (so a premium one), with her you gain a non-frowningeyebrows peaceful face, with 2 earrings on the same ear, whiteish eyebrows, a special white eyeliner makeup for scorchlander, normal golden eyes with corrected strabisma, glossy bi-color lipstick (reminding a robot girl in blade runner movie), and a between the eye somekind of crab tribe paint. I had the idea to put some lot of dirt on her face (since she seems to be savage as fk) but i gave up with this freaking scorchlander illogical & hidden vicious texture compiling. It's still good right ? hope you guys will enjoy it. The body has been addded too (lot of crazy wrong values on the vanilla one, especially a giraf neck).

Remember that face texture, skin tone, eyebrows tilt, chin values and some few others are glitchy even if you load my or your own custom .bod file, i discovered that recently. Values are well displayed on the 3D model but are set back to 0 or something not fitting on the number bars. As soon as you touch the bar, the value "jump" and you loose my setup for this line. Reload to get back to my values and don't touch to the glitchy ones.

RAY

It might not seem so but this one had a big work. I just love the character, so much empathy for him and he is so useful warning you when there is a danger nearby ... I just love that Ray ! Beep and him are my 2 hive protegés. So, since he suffered quite some time while being a soldier and a slave, he got two big scars on the face. They are normal mapped, for a nice volume feeling. Then that damned paint ... i spent ... more time than i should have allow. For a big hour i could not just get a big cool unique design and color that match the rest of the marking on their bodies. Because to me Ray is a kidnapped one and not a banned one like Beep, Silvershade or Green, the only kind of mark he had would be more about a high ranked soldier. He also got some gazoline warm dark eyes. I really like the final result !

Now the sorry part guys ... Ray is muted and can't talk to a surgeon. I'm so sorry i should have begin with him so you can start a new game and get him already with a new face ! But now it's gonna be a little more complicated. You will have to subscrib or create a mod that make Ray unmuted. Follow these steps to create it, it ll take you few mins :

- Start FCS > Create a random mod name > Click on characters > look for "Ray" in the long alphabetic list and double clic > in that windows under general set Dumb = False, then save and close FCS. Activate your mod to unmute Ray, then disactivate it when you are finish remodeling it through a surgeon help.

RUKA

I did one more today ... even if i lack some sleeping hours. Ruka was my first recruit on my first playthrough ! Good memories. The job i had in mind was pretty simple, still took me around 2 hours. 2 texture files, no normal map to gain some perfs. Featuring big work on mouth : completly redrawn, retextured and less dirty, also glossy lips in a more fleshy color that bring back some feminity to that brute race. Then i moved onto the main course : a mysterious dark paint that wanderer around her eyes and cheeks. Hey unique Pink-Red eyes are slightly more glowing than the rest the race and with corrected sclera. To finish, multiple scars and scratches on the top of her head with no normal map to help. I could have used one but i really wanted to see if i can make my way without it ... To me, it's still working well. Yeay finally +1 Custom for the Sheks !

UNIQUE CHARACTERS BODY PRESETS

There we go, now all unique characters reworked with a custom retexture so far will now have my personal custom body values integrated in the game while the mod is activated and therefore will erase the vanilla ones. If you don't want it, just replace the appropriate folder content of my mod with vanilla .bod files. Thing is there are a lot of values making very ugly, disproportionate or unatural characters. My personal tastes in video games are usually charisma and realism, with my values you will have both. I tried to respect the idea of the character for each of them while also giving values that will fit the face retexture at best. Still, you will have to set your skin tone value and the face texture you want for each character since it's not validate through the .bod file. (which is stupid but not catastrophic)

DOCTOR CHUNG

Well guys, looks like doctor chung is hidding something about his past when you look at his face. Alright i know it's his private life, past is in the past and all ... but seriously let's just hope that '4th' won't kill us all in our sleep ! Dr Chung is easily the hardest and toughest work i did for this mod, i counted 4-5 hours only for that baby, i mean ... kind old man. The work on his head "cybernetic pads" is kind of pro quality i give for serious irl contracts. 3 files just for him, you won't be changing much his hair color since beard and eyebrows are merged (can't do shit about it, i don't have core game codee or their values to create multimaps) but you can play with skin tone a bit. I really had fun with him ! Do not miss the body file (.bod) inside mod folder to give him a less wrecked look and my values (except skin tone which is never took in account).

PIA

Okay, let's do one ultimate beauty for greenlander female like we did with Chad on scorchlander males. So ... yeah again a greenlander female i know, but you gotta feed the Kenshi fanservice ! Jokes aside, i always was a big fan of blond girls, my wife is, and this Pia who i don't know very much in the game look like a blond cutie, so it will be her. I unleashed the full photoshop power on everything to make a beautiful blue eyes lady. 3 files with new and very clean normal map, very less skin bad complexion (took me a while), diverse makeup work (coal eyelids, discreet eyelashes, blush, erasing impurities and dirt), a dark tone glossy lipstick, very clear and light blue eyes, different unperfect eyebrows (perfection has few imperfection do you follow ?), also the frown expression from normal map => GONE ! and finally just only one distinctive sign a little beauty spot on the cheek that's all ! Okay there are a lot greenlander left to do, that is bothering me ... I will try to go for a Shek next time i do a female. My very next would be Dr Chung, be prepared !

CHAD

Okay guys, time for Chad I was really looking to work on that one ! Let me say one thing, Chad got it all ! He got all the hot girls, and all the hot features ! 3 files just for him, new normal map for medical pads and scars volume, multiple scars, one big on his forehead fiting the related haircut mark, skin washed from bad complexion (he is haaaandsome), bushy white eyebrows (Use this face preferably with white hairs for best result), little white hair under mouth (don't know your english word for it), platinium glowing eyes ... and kickass boxing paint under eyes (weathered, he took no shower) ! Guys i have finished my epic (other) mod, don't forget to go check it out. And please, don't forget to go like my facebook page if you didn't already.

HOBBS

A the moment i work a lot for my next Kenshi mod (which is a big boy), i sincerly hope people will love it because i lost quite a lot of sleeping hours on it and gave it all ... I am now really tired, but that won't stop me to toss one little update on this first mod. Now it's Hobbs turn ! I always imagined this guy has a "dark" charisma, i don't know why. The musketeer mustache is rooted to the face texture, i might try to separate it later, for now it's like that simply because it was an optimal integration with better result than a multiple layering. One of his ears took a bad scratch (no new normal map to save some performances). The tattoo pattern is kinda cool but could have been (even) more blurry because of the old age of it, i might improve it later, or not. Bushy eyebrows and unique brown-green eyes. Enjoy !

CHARACTER CREATION PRESETS (No adding here, you might find a "Burn" retexture beta if you really curious but it's not finished yet)

As suggested by some kind souls and which also was a plan for the mod's futur, you can now find my own presets for custom faces corresponding to each unique character displayed in screenshots. They are located in a sub-folder directly in my mod main folder. You have to move these .bod files in the right location which should be in steam :

\common\Kenshi\data\character\bodies\export\

The purpose here is to give you guys a little/big help to create beautiful and neat characters. I took quite a long time to figure out how to give them a rich body mood, yet all "cool"/"beautiful" each in their own way, no anatomy mistake, controlled exagerations if there are some (because crumblejon looked like some unrealistic character from a cartoon), and all that in fidelity of the lore.

- Be aware that some skin tones are still glitchy and should be re-assigned manually (don't know why really)
- Be aware that you will always have to put the right face texture for the corresponding character (It's purposely not automatic)
