> Updated Thermal Rocket and Firebird's active descriptions to reflect the new changes

> All commanders should now use default description additions/changes for languages that currently do not have proper descriptions. This does not mean the description changes are in the language, it just means they use the default changes which are in English.

KNOWN BUG: for whatever reason, the Chargebomb floods the chat with empty messages during match loading and whenever a Chargebomb is placed or upgraded. Currently unsure how to fix it.

> lowered the metal and energy firing cost of the Slag Shell, was 75M 4000E now 50M 3000E

> Flamethrower now does double direct damage to weapons and devices, core takes less direct damage.

Tons More Guns: Moonshot Additions has been MERGED into this mod! Moonshot weapons will automatically be enabled if any of the Moonshot weapons (Buzzsaw, Smokebomb, Howitzer, Magnabeam) are enabled. It should still be possible for players without the DLC to play the mod.

> Added a temporary (until mod is finalized) on match loaded script. The script is a copied and edited version of Alexc96161's announcement script in Fortships: Conquer the Skies

> Moonshot weapons are now affected by non-global commander changes (Example: Warthog gives Chargebombs +25% direct and splash damage and also allows instant reloading of missed Chargebombs)

> Commander details updated in-game to notify players of new changes

> Various other changes to weapons, but I forgot what I actually did (I should probably start taking notes on the changes instead of trying to remember what I changed)...
