removed unintended mission dependancy on community factions project.

Fixed a bunch of bugs, added support for new factions in future updates. Reworked the ambience system (which will be reworked once more) to feel more real. Added a fortification system which can be used during defense missions and will be used more in the future.
Currently the Sabotage and Recover intel missions don't work.
This is a very much WIP update for the workshop but im working on a lot of new stuff which still isnt ready to be released.

Added: NEW Mission: Hostage rescue (Special)
Added: Mission parameter for time acceleration
Added: Mission parameters for adjusting the maximum amount of ambient squads and vehicles that can be spawned per player.

Improved: The amount of enemies in missions will be adjusted based on the amount of ambient squads to avoid having too many enemies when ambiance is enabled, as well as ensuring that there are plenty of enemies when it isn't.

Improved: Succeeding and failing missions will now add/deduct score from players.

-Improved: Remade the entire ambience system from scratch. This one should simply work a lot better, as well as be more immersive.
-Improved: Medical tent now also fully heals ACE wounds.
-Fixed: An issue where the enemy reinforcements script wouldn't work in some missions.
-Fixed: Some spelling errors in the diary.

-Updated mission givers GUI to have defaults in the dropdowns.
-Fixed issue with the random mission option not functioning in the mission givers GUI.
-Fixed issue with cleanup on various missions.
-Fixed main armory arsenal not having all equipment available.
-Fixed an issue with duplicate actions on the helicopter pilot in Search and Rescue.
-Changed ambience to function based on the direction the player is going.
-Added dynamic cleanup for ambience.
-Lowered the amount of groups in clear town mission.
-Fixed an issue where ambience would stop functioning after a certain amount of time.

-Slightly improved the tasks of Town Defense and Search & Rescue missions
-Adjusted the amount of patrols in Recon missions
-Removed some leftover debugging chats from certain actions
