The extra turn penalty from Merciless Gohei no longer persists after combat.

Homing Amulet altered DRASTICALLY!

Its old dynamic damage mechanic still had bugs that I have yet to be able to remedy, so it's been altered into a static type of AoE with a few changes.

-Now Marks self for 2rds(effectively 1)
-Has a static -60% DMG reduction
-Scales -5 to -1% Crit

The rest of it's functionality remains the same.

Changed Persuasion Needle and Evil-sealing Circle back to moving only 1 rank. This is for better synergy with the upcoming Magician class.

If you ever closed your game or backed out of a save and lost your Bomb tracker and buffs, worry not, I figured out what was causing that and fixed it! The status of your spellcards should now always persist.

Fixed Crimson's forward actout Bark. it shouldn't be a blue string anymore.
Fixed Homing Amulet not actually being back 1.
