• Free Market Policy now allows the Trade League version of the Consumer Goods Trade Conversion
• Affective-Autonomous Gestalt Colonization now works when using the Forgotten Queens mod

Ethics and Civics: Bug Branch Version 1.0.0 "True Release"

Miscellaneous Changes:
• Hive Minds can now get Psionic Theory if Forgotten Queens is active
• The Mecha-Repositorium now requires the Droid Workers technology
• Trade Value from Researchers using the Research Consultants Civic decreased from 3 to 2

Bug Fixes:
• Gestalts with the Autonomous + Affective combination are now correctly able to colonize
• Localization added for mod_diplomacy_influence_upkeep_mult
• Localization for Research Consultants has been fixed
• Trade League policies may now correctly be used with the Free Market policy
• Metallurgist jobs no longer give Amenities without the Ornamentarian civic
• Gestalt pops no longer need consumer goods when only Autonomous (Not Emotional) is active
•The Academic Accentuation Living Standard will no longer require Consumer Goods when a Gestalt Empire without Affective and Autonomous

•The Inquisitive Hive Civic is temporarily disabled due to 3.0 breaking the modifiers, I'll get it working asap
