1.1.2 -- Fixed Monumentality policy and dedication to properly allow Venice to faith purchase Burgess Caravans.
-- Changed Monumentality and Isolationism policy and dedication descriptions to properly convey its interactions with the Burgess Caravan.
-- Fixed Stratioti and Galleon's interaction with production cost reducing policies.
-- Fixed Borough accidentaly providing production adjacency bonuses to the Theater Square
-- Removed the accidental standard adjacency between districts when adjacent to another district and a Borough. Now districts should properly only have minor adjacency bonuses when adjacent to another, and gain a standard adjacency bonus when adjacent to a borough.
-- Changed UA Dogado's description, shifting and simplifying information regarding the other unique features
-- Changed UU Burgess Caravan's description to more accurately describe its functionality.
-- Added a Favored Religion type for Francesco: Catholicism

-- Reworked Civilization UA: Now Venice also gains +1 Trade Route each on discovering the Guilds, Mercantilism and Capitalism civics. The Borough and Burgess Caravans are now part of the UA. Merged the Leader UA with the Civilization UA.
-- Reworked Leader UA: Now forming alliances grant both Francesco and the ally +2 Amenities to all their cities. Conquering a city grants a free Burgess Caravan.
-- The changes above reflect correctly on descriptions.
-- Fixed terrain bias. Now Venice should reliably start on Coast and/or, on a lesser degree, Floodplains.
-- Fixed missing data on the Borough's description. Now accurately describes its interactions with Wonders and Natural Wonders. Also descibes the
-- Renamed Venice City-estate. Everyone welcome Florence, with a fresh new icon!
-- Added Agenda to Francesco Foscari: La Serenissima.
