The shotgun cheat was fixed.

Arsenal:

-Shotgun: Can now be reloaded like the Uzi, too, fixed a exploit loop with shotgun and Uspecial, out of ammo, this was infinitely usable and got a bit of a cooldown after a shot out of ammo in mid air, and the animation reload was reworked, got his air animation back, plus his vsx hit was fixed.

Color correction in all alts:

- Change of "IWASBORNINUSA" to "Rasmus".
- "Richard" was changed to "Brandon" (again) for more color variety.

Now the Dspecial changes to the Dstrong variant if the weapon is equipped.

- knockback_adj: 1 to 1.1.
- air_accel: 0.33 to 0.3.
- jump_speed: 12 to 11.
- air_friction: 0.06 to 0.04.

Major change:
Fixed an exploit that would let you cast the same type of projectile (selected Fspecial weapon) indefinitely in the Uspecial's firing loop (or just while airborne), now works as intended and has been emphasized on cooldown of Fspecial after throwing the weapon.

- Nspecial: Does not reflect.
- Fspecial: Move cooldown 50 to 60.
- Jab: Fixed an sfx error, knockback 5 to 4, damage 3 to 4.
- Dattack: Knockback 7 to 8, damage 6 to 4, hspeed 12 to 13.
- Dtilt: Knockback 7 to 6, damage 4 to 3, hspeed 6 to 7.
- Dstrong (no weapon): Knockback 5 to 6, damage 4 to 5.
- Ftilt: Damage 4 to 6.
- Utitl: Hitbox adjustment.

Strongs:
All got a Hitbox adjustment.

Arsenal:
Knockback adjustment to all weapons +1, now the whifflag variant is gone and all got.

This is a great update based on some changes for a general balance because.

- Character selection sound.
- Adjustment to recoil and damage in general.
- Each air kit has a benefit.
- Reload on parry is back (I don't know why it was disabled).
- Adjust to some alternative colors.

Visual effects:
- More accurate combo counter and point asthetic, minor changes in favor of some sprites.

- Stats got a big rework for balance and legalice (last bunch of versions was out of the stats parametres on the RoA Workshop).
