TR 3.4 GGC UPDATE

The update is finally out! Sorry for the long wait there were a lot of things that came up over the summer.
Below is the TLDR:
There are now 27 fully progressive maps that fall into 2 categories: dynamic and static. Dynamic is the new EaWX standard when the map is different for every era. Static is the old EaWX standard where the map remains the same regardless of era.
The expanded progress/FTGU maps were removed now that EaWX has large maps. However, expanded historical maps are a thing now. For now, it's just an enlarged version of the Thrawn Campaign. I was gonna add more factions to it but I felt like saving that for a future update.
Alternate maps have changed, they now exclude CSA and Hapan space instead of Hutt Space.
Planet incomes and building slots have been adjusted to be more lore accurate as well as provide better balance for the large maps. The same goes for some buildings regarding pop contribution and upkeep.
