Added Allied Egyptian Noble Cavalry to Minoians (custom battles only)

Made some small balance changes with some sword elite melee cavalry, due Minoian Heavy Cavalry getting +5 vs cavalry.

Added Parthian Royal Horse Archers to Parthia (cataphract horse archer hybrid). In campaign you can hire 2 of them as general unit when you research "Kataphractoi" under military tactics.
