Added command vehicle for Finland.
Added new planes thanks to Soblazer.
Fixed missing Finnish fortifications.
Removed all preplaced defenses, now only random ones will be on points.
AI offmap officer support has been tweaked.
Officer spawn chance has been tweaked.
AI airborne has been redone.
Added artillery to random emplacement roster.
Fixed randomize emplacement script not working.
Added a bit more infantry for player when defense level 2 and 3 researched.
Added missing Finnish resupply entries.
AI will call in artillery more often at the start of attack.
AI artillery CP cost has been increased.
Added all new vehicles to AI purchase list.
Research cost of stages, defense levels and some units has been increased.
Added one more minute to prepare in early defense.
Early war period has been prolonged to 6 battles.
More starting research points but smaller income at the start of campaign.
Adjusted arrival time for some units. Increased awards a little but decreased risk factor bonus.

Added player paratroopers as a star call in.
Changed some localization files.
Changed some weather presets, should hopefully fix too foggy weather.
Added more time to prepare for defense in early game and reduced time to prepare in late game a little.
AI offmap officer support has been tweaked.
Officer should spawn a bit less frequently.
Added AI scout plane that can mark important targets for AI arty barrage.
Increased CP and MP cost of Tankmen.
Tweaked some icons thanks to klusandr.
Added 2 new maps: Plateu and Krasnybor.
Enabled AI smoke and AT nade scripts.
Added AI flanking spawn script.
Soviet lendlease vehicles are now free to research after certain researches.

Fixed not being able to call in all units on Unfair difficulty.
Added icons for controllable plane and fixed localization.
Added bigger delay to officer spotted talking prompt.
AI officer should be present in every wave past early game.
AI offmap officer support has been tweaked.
Reduced CP cost of medics but increased their MP cost.
Fixed Flag mine icon not dissappearing.
Fixed soldier bio talking scripts not working.
All plane related star callins are behind airstrike research but free to research with that unlocked.
Veterancy requirements have been fixed (were too high).

- AI must have at least one officer on the map to be able to callin off map arty support
- AI now has officer points that are needed to call in support
- Each calling consumes 1 point
- AI replenishes points every X seconds (scales based on difficulty)
- Normal - 1 point
- Hard - 2 points
- Heroic - 3 points
- Currently there are 4 callins available to the officer:
- Light mortar barrage (600 sec cool down)
- Heavy Arty baggage (800 sec cool down)
- Full Arty Barrage (1000 sec cool down)
- Smoke Barrage (300 sec cool down)
Full arty barrage is the same as the existing AI bombardment for defense missions
The other callins work the same as player callins
The off map support has a percentage chance to be called where smoke is more likely and full arty is least likely

- Once an officer spawns the AI must wait X amount of seconds before they can call support (scales based on difficulty), so I suggest finding and killing him before that happens
- When an enemy officer spawns or calls in support, a quick indicator will appear on the minimap giving the general area of the officer
- A message will also be displayed regarding when callin to expect
- For HARD AND HEROIC A RADIO TRUCK IS REQUIRED TO SEE MINIMAP HINTS AND MESSAGES ABOUT THE ENEMY OFFICER
