Defense level 2 now gives emplacements without crew
Defense level 3 gives crew to all defenseive emplacements
You no longet get infantry for researching Defense levels
This changes aim to improve performance and to make defense a bit harder
To compensate for that research cost of defenses has been reduced
Defensive missions got a bit longe
You now get passive SP income to allow to use star callins more often and to promote dynamic gameplay in attack
RP income gets increased during the duration of the campaign so that by the late game you have more options and don't feel as restricted
Factory missions have their rewards changed

fixed all emplacements and ai units getting stuck
emplacements should now work much better and be useful when the ai buys it
reworked ai spawn script to split them up by type so only inf are in squads, tanks are in squads with other tanks etc.

Changed randomize AI emplacements script to delete more emplacements and work similar to randomize player empalcements
Gave player a bit more emplacements and infantry in defense levels
changed the offset timers for defense divisions
Fixed environments being in the wrong folder

Reduced AI CP for all difficulties because it was just too much and lagging perf
Also reduced frequency of paratroopers
Using the new skipping logic for waves. Paratrooper waves now have 50% chance to get skipped per wave cycle

Adapted to the new base game patch
AI tech tree progresses fully (battle 21 should max out the tree)
Reduced hard, normal and easy AI army size from previous mod values as they were all using heroic values
If you are playing heroic you will be punished!
Added skippable wave system for internal purposes
Added localization for arty strike callins and AI paratrooper plane squad (which player can't use)
Modified AI waypoint paths on luki and rzhev to improve attacking AI
modified non-Airborne divisions to have a 50% to skip the paratrooper wave if they have it to reduce the chance for the AI to use paratroopers
Modified bot file to support future flag enhancements
