Edits to the location of outpost spawns so they should spawn further apart.

Made every outpost spawn at the very top of the map, will look further into variable spawns later

20 new unique location types like the Hospital, Settlements, and Hydroponics to help better fill out the map.

All biomes now have an infinite abyss. You Will Die. All biomes are completly overhauled to make much more interesting travel, speaking of travel, it is now based on the map length size.

Added lots of bugs, let me know which ones you catch!

New direction,
Im not able to do the full 16 outpost add on, its just not feasable with the state of the game.

Im gonna focus down on optimizing the way the mod is handling the current set of outposts and go from there.
