2.1:
-Now takes advantage of trait portrait-locking introduced with 3.1/Lem's Plantoid/Fungoid-exclusive traits. Emotion Inhibitors is now limited to Mechroids, and a new set of Mechroids-locked habitability-modifying traits (one positive and one negative) have also been introduced.

-Now that Mechroid-exclusive habitability traits have been introduced, base habitability has been decreased from 100% to 95%.

-Removed WIP civic file that was being loaded despite having a dummy extension; apparently, even if it ain't a .txt Stellaris will load it.

2.0:
-Due to a cascade of bugs resulting from letting Mechroid empires spawn (Nameless empires were fixable and entirely my fault, but without overwrites I don't think I can stop the AI from generating Mechroids without the Necrophage Origin, or from generating Mechroids as pre-FTL species), I've disabled them for the AI. Because of how this disabling works, it will also prevent force-spawned Mechroid empires from actually spawning. Sorry! To try and make up for this, I've added a small event chain that can spawn a Mechroid empire if you're playing as a non-Mechroid non-Gestalt empire (but only if you abandon your colony ship; it'll make sense in-context.)

-Added Techs: Instead of Bio-Assembly Plants being unlocked by vanilla techs, it's gated behind its own unique technology that leads to further stuff down the line.

-Colossus: if the Apocalypse DLC is installed, Mechroids gain access to a new Colossus weapon capable of assimilating entire planets, similar to the Driven Assimilator Colossus weapon.

-New portrait: Another modification of an existing portrait, this new Mechroid is available if you own the Synthetic Dawn DLC.

-New custom government type (really just a description change, no gameplay change): Mechroids with the Barbaric Despoilers Civic get unique flavor text.

-Turns out, disabling randomized use of Mechroid portraits also disabled forced spawning of portraits (???). Empires with Mechroid portraits can now be force-spawned, and, presumably, randomly chosen by the AI, though the AI handling zero pop growth of their main species well is doubtful.

-Made positive opinion modifier from machine empires to empires with Emotion Inhibitors also apply between empires that both use Emotion Inhibitors.

-New Mechroid leader Traits and Mechroid diplomatic opinion modifiers! ONLY ENABLED ON NEW SAVE GAMES; CHANGES ARE LARGE ENOUGH THEY MAY PROVE INCONVENIENT TO GAMES-IN-PROGRESS. IF DESPERATE TO ENABLE, USE CONSOLE COMMAND "setflag global mcr_mechroids_new_game" TO GAIN DIPLOMATIC MODIFIERS, AND ADD TRAITS TO NEWLY-RECRUITED LEADERS.

Opinion modifiers: Xenophiles will overlook your odd union of machine and flesh, and other robotic, materialist or cybernetic empires will even admire your augmentations, but most other empires will be uneasy about your "modifications." Non-Mechroid spiritualists will be particularly upset. Using Emotion Inhibitors is even worse: Machine empires will appreciate it, most will be unnerved by it, but Xenophiles and Spiritualists that don't also have the trait in their main species will hate you for suppressing your population's emotions. THIS CAN STACK: Xenophile Spiritualists will HATE YOUR GUTS.

Traits: Buffs and nerfs! All Mechroid leaders gain traits that add small to moderate tradeoff modifiers that further accentuate the Mechroid playstyle. Balance pending, feedback appreciated.
