Changed up the timed events to be a sort of minimum timed and distance event that doesn't trigger a cooldown, still experimenting with it.

Minimal changes to a few enemy spawns, big spawn revamp possibly soon with new BTC/Nightmare creature

First modernization update, welcome to easy nightmare first pass.

More and tougher bandits spawn on the stations

There is no minimum 0 amount of any monster chance to spawn if it would spawn at least 1 will spawn, proability is still in place for ruins etc.

The much troubled and ultra bogus Timed Events have been reinstated and allowed to brutalize players once again and if they bug out and spawn a 30+ mudraptor or other monster "migrations" gee that is just tough isn't it?

All standard event counts have been increased by 1-3 average 2, caves are now horrorshow death traps, swarms of hostile fish will assail the ship.

Most spawn counts have otherwise remained untouched at the moment pending deeper increases in spawn counts to unfair but not game breaking levels. Expect to see much harder enemies much earlier and enemies not found in BTC.
