-Sweetspot hand hitbox makes a slapping sound upon impact
-Animation has been adjusted to have larger hand during the slap
-Hand hitbox has increased in size (50x50 -> 52x52)

-Arm hitbox x offset decreased (30 -> 24)

Neutral Aerial
-Window 3 duration increased (12 -> 16)
-Sour spot angle increased (75 -> 80)
-Sourspot lifetime increased (10 -> 12)

Forward Aerial
-Sour spot damage increased (2 -> 4)

Up Aerial
-Hitbox damage increased (8 -> 10)

Up Strong
-Hitboxes 1 and 2 damage increased (1 -> 2)

-Hitboxes 1 and 2 base knockback reduced (12 -> 11)

Forward Special
-Base knockback decreased (11 -> 10)

TILTS:
-Whiff lag added to all three tilts

-Forward Tilt end lag reduced from 14 to 12

-Down Tilt startup lag reduced from 6 to 4
-Down Tilt ending lag reduced from 12 to 8
-Down Tilt speed application has been adjusted; starts moving forward earlier

AERIALS:
-Whifflag added to all aerials

-Neutral Air end lag windows adjusted to account for whifflag

-Back Air hitbox size increased from 50x50 to 60x60
-Back Air hitbox moved on X axis from -32 to -40
-Back Air knockback scaling increased from 0.7 to 0.8
-Back Air startup lag reduced from 14 to 12 frames
-Back Air end lag increased from 14 to 16 frames

-Down Air startup increased from 18 to 20 frames
-Down Air end lag reduced from
-You can now drift while in the first window of Down Air
-Down Air will cancel early if it is touching the ground during startup

STRONGS:
-Whifflag added to all strongs

-Forward Strong hitbox size increased from 60x60 to 64x60
-Forward Strong end lag reduced from 28 to 24 frames

-Down Strong end lag reduced from 20 to 18

SPECIALS:
-Neutral Special now charges 5 seconds of Waft instead of 1

-Forward Special will now obtain grounded properties if it lands on the ground, even when initiated aerially

-Can now wall jump during the 4th window of Up Special

-The second stage of Down Special's knockback scaling has been reduced from 1.125 to 1.1
-The third stage of Down Special's first hitbox was moved from 0 to -8 on the Y axis
-The weak hitbox of stage 3 Down Special:
-Increased hitstun multiplier (-1 to 0.9)
-Increased hitpause & scaling (8 / 0 to 10 / 1.0)

OTHER:
-Adjusted timing on various animations
-Adjusted the css_draw version and patch date to be actually accurate (my bad)

- Down air damage nerf (15 -> 10 strong hit, 10 -> 8 weak hit)
- Down tilt damage nerf (12 -> 7 strong hit, 7 -> 3 weak hit)

- Up tilt damage buff (5 -> 6 on first active hitbox)
- Idle animation sped up (0.1 -> 0.11 idle anim speed)
- Up special speed buff (-10 -> -15 on initial upward grab boost)

- hitstun nerf (1 -> 0.85 on final two hitboxes)
- damage nerf (9 -> 4 on final fist hitbox)
- base knockback adjustment (10 -> 11 on final arm hitbox, 11 -> 10 on final fist hitbox)
