Fixes:

-Fixed the Juggernauts not having thrusters. Apparently they use Colossus thrusters instead of their own.
-Fixed Juggernauts not having the proper combat computer. I'm not sure how I missed that one.

-Added the ability to spawn Star Eaters. I also made them able to do anything a Colossus can do.
