Minor consistency fix

Half-Life:
Fixed BMRF staff lacking Throw and Put weapons
Removed First Aid Kit from all Bogies
Removed Radio item from all HECU and BOps units (use the Radio static instead!)

Yet another hotfix based on another round MP testing with a friend.

Half-Life:
Moved animal modules from Misc category to Animals category
Made Alien Craft fly higher and faster, made other flying 'animals', like Stukabats and Boids, fly lower
Made Stukabats make the sonar sound from the Half-Life Alpha boid AI demonstration room
Fixed Alien Craft dying automatically after a certain amount of time - tried to fix it not being targeted by AI, but that resulted in AI that always looked up at the sky and ignored everything else around them
Fixed Alien Crafts being invincible - now shooting them with anti-air munitions in the right places will destroy them consistently
Fixed Alien Craft humongo laser sometimes hitting the dummy unit
Fixed animal modules not playing a sound on creation, similar to Seagull module's wing flapping sound
Fixed Zombie, Headcrab, Pit Drone, and Gargantua scripts not working correctly in multiplayer. They now run serverside and remote exec the ACE damage function
Rewrote Hivehand script, as it was causing script lag which delayed all scripts in the mission after just a few shots were fired (it never realised when the Hornets died)

Small hotfix after testing things with a friend

Half-Life:
Removed Mk200 sound shader from SAW sound set
Made Bradley half as fast to prevent it from rolling over and to ease AI usage of it
Fixed Hivehand hornets not making bee noises
Fixed Hivehand hornets flying to [0,0] if unit in question has no enemy target in memory
Fixed Hivehand hornets flying towards an arbitrary point above targets, now they fly towards the head
Potentially fixed Headcrab, Zombie, Pit Drone, and Gargantua AI scripts - needs to be tested

Renamed all faction classnames to include side initials (i.e. Garg_HECU -> Garg_B_HECU). This was so I could have multiple sides to the same faction without causing issues (e.g. BMRF personnel in both IND_F and CIV_F).

Reorganised PBO layout, which will break missions currently using the mod! Just delete the bit in the NON BINARISED sqm file which has a list of dependencies; look for anything starting with Garg_, like Garg_Data, for instance.
