- Encampments/Arsenals now reduces the effectivness of spies by -1

- Growth Exponent from 2.1 to 2.0 (slightly faster growing of ur cities)
- buff to most Pantheons
- Space between Cities from 3 to 4 !! This will break ur savegames !! If u want to continue ur savegames u have to manually change it back to 3 (GlobalParameters.sql)
- Chasqui now has its 5 Movement
- Civic/TechCostPercentChangeAfterGameEra from 120 to 100

- !!min distance between cities changed back from 4 to 3!! (only as long as my friend and I are playing the same savefile ;))
- slightly reduced cost for all GP
- City Center has no airslot anymore, Aerodrome +1 airslot (I hope Airstrips are more important now)
- higher production cost (2000 --> 2500) and Maintenance (8 --> 10) for Spaceports
- rebalanced/added TradeRouteYields for the following Districts/UD: City Center, Entertainment Complex, Water Entertainment Complex, Aqueduct, Canal, Dam, Commercial Hub, Diplomatic Quarter, Government Plaza, Aerodrome
