* Changes to how Religion works:
- increased cost for Missionary, Apostle and Inquisitor
- increased Religion Spread Adjacent City Distance by 50%
- doubled the Religion Spread Adjacent per turn pressure from 1 to 2
- increased the Spread Trade Route pressure for Destination (from 1 to 2) and Origin (from 0.5 to 0.7)

Hopefully this will reduce the Apostle Spam and make Religion more makro than micro ;)

- Farms now correctly get +1 Production (was +1 Food) for every 2 adjacent Farms with Feudalism. This buff doesn't get obsolete with Replaceable Parts.
- Dreadnought now cost 2 coal upkeep
- Battleship + Carrier now cost 2 oil upkeep
- Railgun Warship + Supercarrier now cost 2 uranium upkeep
- AI gets some resources for free to handle this
- Submarine / U-Boat now correctly get -67 CS vs. Land targets. Before they got -67 CS vs. embarked Land units as well. This is fixed.
