Caved in and bought the Adeptus DLC. Everything should be completely in line with all the other factions now.

After a long abscence, I have come back to (Hopefully)
fix a lot of the standing issues, as well as implement
the Adeptus Mechanicus!

Adeptus Mechanicus Implemented
- I don't actually have the DLC, so it may lack some of the fine tuning of their actual spacings between each other that the other factions have. But other than that, they should work just as well as everyone else.

- Bullgryn
> Fixed giant-size
> Rescaled health

- Fixed Tyranid cities accidentally being able to hit you and your family from accross the galaxy (500% Accuracy back down to normal 50%)
- Rescaled Orbital Bombardment damage to no longer consist of literal pea shooters

- Fixed Bullgryn vanilla unit health

- Scaled up Necron regeneration to proper amount
- Fixed most of Ork health points not being scaled properly
> Can't tell if I just forgot to do them or if something screwed up, but either way they should all be fixed now.

- Removed the extreme damage reduction on cities.
> Was left over from plans on another workaround. They should be destroyable now, but not made of paper.

- Fixed the Imperial Heavy Weapons Team spreading out as far as the eye could see.

- Lowered the unit counts on the Psychneuiens slightly because the bugs were just gobbling up everything

- Scaled regeneration abilities

- Was finally able to figure out how to fix HQ HP using the Webway gate as a catalyst
> This fix came as a necessity since all cities decided they only wanted to be 1HP for some reason during my edits. Though they all have a net 384 HP right now, they'll get their more properly scaled HPs next update. (Right now I just wanted to get *A* fix out there once I discovered one)

Still looking into how to scale up the city health as well as a couple regen techs. For now you'll have to live with glass turrets and paper buildings.
FORTIFICATIONS SHOULD BE PROPERLY SCALED HOWEVER

- Deintegrated several weapon changes and centered them solely around the units.
> Was causing a bunch of weird effects with single unit squads, but they should be scaled much better now

- Balanced a few remaining underpowered HQs
> Still need to bump up health as said before, just protect them as if they were your firstborn for now.

- Fixed several abilities being underpowered that I definitely didn't overlook
