-Slight modification to launcher rails to prevent missiles catching on them sometimes at launch.

-The missile's map orientation has been fixed, also fixing the target found location on the map.
-The missile will no longer continue to steer in the direction last input when there is no input.

Both of these changes are only LUA code changes to the launcher's two LUA code blocks, which can be easily swapped out to patch an existing integrated Gannet Block II launcher.
